Today we celebrated our Youthfulness
with a song 'One in Vision One in Christ'
I was impressed that every one of you turned up for the rehearsal
that was great Diana, an achievement to garner such united support

Maybe ah lao is right. We had a talk by Albert Lee from RBC/daily bread
You guys are a trifle young to appreciate the notion of such a title
Today Albert Lee not only taught me things about being a parent
He taught me things about being a person.
He was hilarious and could hold a captivating audience
even when it was so late in the day
He is really hard to come by.
He travels often and he travels the world to preach

God made us to be relational creatures, we cant run from that
1.the meaning of life is in relationships
2.the purpose of life is in service
the eg he gave: if someone is on the verge of ending one's life..because
he sees no meaning in life as he takes the lift to the top floor
to dissuade the suicidal intention
the police will quickly ask him to recall his loved ones,
to think of his closest relations
They will reiterate that there are these people who love him v much.
They will never concur with him that he's got no one left to live for.

Parents should encourage their children to serve.
That gives them a purpose in life to be useful
I do so much for mine, it sends the msg that they are useless
I get listless if I find myself unproductive
of course i like to slack do zero day dream
O i have also done marathon TV
but it can only be so much
i get bored doing just nothing but thinkg of myself.
God created us with a purpose to be useful.

When children are young we talk to them about God
When children are old we talk to God about you
